Excellent, Im having trouble getting back into running, the jiggling makes things hurt a bit inside. Otherwise i feel normal

Hi there. I donated mine to my wife April 16th 2009 and now i’m back running. Will have my first 10K after the operation on July 19th.

Hope you are back in shape by now.

Kidney stones! Always make sure you drink gallons of water! its horrific to see people so drugged up they can barely make it to the loo, then they pee blood and urine and painful granules! *shudder*
